Shipping policy

All items will be shipped within 3 days of date of placing order, and a tracking number will be provided to the customer. The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking and notifying Hampton Botanic if there is any issue in receiving an order.

Hampton Botanic is located in a Regional area with no option for sending via courier so Australia Post standard is used for all shipments. If you wish to purchase Express Post please notify us ahead of placing your order (or within 2 hours after placing your order) and we will invoice you for the additional associated cost. Please note that given our Regional status Express Post is not guaranteed the same way it is in major cities, please check the Australia Post website in advance of requesting Express Post using our post code 3860.
